Interpeople Charity Ball 2011
The 2011 Interpeople Charity Ball saw over 650 of Perth's leading business professionals come together for a night of 5 star glamour, in support of Make-A-Wish Australia.
Held on Saturday 16th of April at Burswood's Grand Ballroom, this year's event was a huge success raising over $50,000 as a result of the kindness and generosity of our clients, colleagues and friends.
As the guests arrived at the Black Tie event, the foyer filled with all of the glitz and glamour the event is now well known for. The Ballroom came alive with a moving piano instrumental and choreographed routine by the TSE Productions Junior dance team. The night was then set in motion with a live set by Australian Rock Icon Ian Moss, as guests enjoyed the old Cold Chisel classics as they indulged in Burswood's 5 star dinner.
The 2011 ball was hosted by Tim Gossage who auctioned jewellery, cocktail parties, overseas holidays and artwork, with one lucky guest getting up on stage to sing along with the Cold Chisel band.
The guests then slipped into their dancing shoes when Stratosfunk stepped onto the stage, playing a host of classics from the Jackson Five to Aretha Franklin.
The cocktail bar lit up the centre of the room as the bar tenders served up delicious cocktails which continued to flow for the remainder of the event.
Peter Bell and Tony Tricarico were then kind enough to organise buses to the MALT cocktail bar in Mt Lawley, for the exclusive after event drinks.
Glowing acknowledgments were received from The West, WA Business News and Make-A-Wish Australia, and Interpeople are very grateful for the ongoing support of the Perth business community.
Look out for The Interpeople Charity Ball for 2012...planning is now underway and it will definitely be bigger and better than ever, with surprise being the theme for next year's event.
